Background:[/u] Mira was born in the Village Hidden in the Mist. She had been in love with water; it's healing abilities, it texture, it's danger...her love for water jutsu followed. When her parents forced her to join the ninja academy, she was broken-hearted, as her father told her the only reason she was going was to get her out of the house more often. This made Mira very sad much of the time, but very powerful. One day, when she was training, she realized with what anger and hatred she performed her jutsus. One of her attacks created a puddle of water in front of her. She saw the monster she had become, and vowed never to be like that again. From that point on, she turned rather quiet, and bubbly if talking.
All Jutsu’s:[/u] Water Dragon Jutsu: She turns water into a dragon like mass, and forces it at her foe.
Water Lashes: She forms two ropes of water out in front of her, and uses it to inflict damage on her foe.
Water Sheilds: She forms two discs no bigger than CDs at her forearms to defend herself against projectiles.
Drown: She creates a puddle on the ground, which mimics quick sand when stepped on. She keeps the victim there until they drown.
