Background:[/u] Winter had been born in the Village Hidden in the Waterfall, always enjoyed training. Whenever his teachers trained him, he get so excited, he would never quit until he got it down, like Naruto. Unfortunately, since the teachers of his village weren't very strong, they had no further jutsu to teach him. The village leader saw much potential in him, so they allowed him to travel to the Village Hidden in the Rain to train under Kai Renasu, since he was the only one with a matched amount of chakra as Winter that could teach him. When Winter had found him, Kai was a Special Jounin, who gladly accepted him as his student. Winter trained under Kai for a year until the Village Hidden in the Clouds attacked the Village Hidden in the Rain. Winter had almost lost his life fighting, which developed Kai's father-like bond for him. Together, they wiped out about half of the troops, and made them retreat to their country. Since then, Winter trained under the Village Leader himself, Kai Renasu.
All Jutsu’s:[/u] *Rasengan - The power that had originated from the Fourth Hokage, which Kai taught Winter. Chakra moves rapidly in his hand, while he presses his hand against his foe, blowing him away.
*Chakra Mirrors - Winter's power to create mirrors out of chakra and move them around continually, confusing the enemy.
*Meltdown - Winter's power to generate himself into water when someone tries to attack, to avoid pain.
